What the site provides
A collection of browser-based tools — currently generators for dummy IMEI numbers, test card numbers, passwords and UUIDs, plus JSON and XML formatters, a Base64 encoder, a hash generator and a text comparison tool — together with reference material about the formats involved. Everything is provided free of charge, with no account and no guarantee of continued availability. Tools may be added or withdrawn at any time.
Permitted use
Values produced here are randomly generated and are not registered to any device, person, or account. Typical legitimate uses include populating test fixtures and staging databases, exercising input validation, load-testing an endpoint, provisioning credentials for systems you administer, and demonstrating software without exposing real data.
Passwords generated here are yours alone. They are produced in your browser and never reach us, so we cannot recover one for you and we hold no record that it was ever created. Storing and protecting them is your responsibility.
Prohibited use
You must not use this site, or anything obtained from it, to:
- Present a generated number as the identifier of a real device, or as a real means of payment, to any person, carrier, retailer, insurer, marketplace, financial institution, or public authority.
- Use a generated card number to attempt a payment, open an account, claim a trial or promotional offer, or complete any transaction. Such numbers are not issued, no authorisation against them can succeed, and the attempt is fraud.
- Reprogram, alter, or clone the identifier stored in any handset or other equipment. This is a criminal offence in the United Kingdom, India, Australia and many other jurisdictions.
- Attempt to evade, defeat, or interfere with a device blocklist, an Equipment Identity Register, a carrier lock, an activation lock, or any anti-theft mechanism.
- Commit or facilitate fraud, including warranty fraud, insurance fraud, and the sale or trafficking of stolen equipment.
- Circumvent identity, eligibility, or anti-abuse controls on any service.
- Break any law applicable to you, or the terms of any service you use.
- Interfere with the operation of this site, or subject it to automated load beyond ordinary interactive use.
These prohibitions are not decorative. The tools are published on the understanding that they are used for software testing, and use of them for any of the purposes above is a breach of these terms and, in most of those cases, of the law.
No warranty
The site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that the reference material is complete or current. You are responsible for verifying anything you rely on.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or business, arising out of your use of or inability to use this site — whether or not we were advised that such damages were possible. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Intellectual property
The text, design, and code of this site belong to its operator. The numbers the generator produces are randomly derived output; we assert no rights over them and you may use them freely within these terms.
Changes and termination
These terms may be revised, with the date at the top of the page updated accordingly. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the site at any time. We may refuse service to anyone who breaches these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts there have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them, save where mandatory consumer protection law in your country of residence gives you the right to bring proceedings locally.
